Project: The informality gives a closing to the digital breach and an incursion to the digital world. 

The Problem: The Informality in Bogotá, no longer more a problem, but a production initiative and upgrade by means of technology and human quality, for a better progress of the city and advance to the digital incursion too.  

Name of project: Informality of Tip. 

Who Participate: Independent workers and Students all the careers. 

Tool to Use: Technology that allows the exchange of ideas and knowledge. 

Requirements of Participation: Independent workers (students) and students of last semesters of all the careers who we will call Tutors.

As they Participate: The students fill a register and they obtain a database that the tutors can filter and to see which the participant's interests and the different training courses are which answered affirmatively for their realization; the inscribed personnel's database threw the level of knowledge and activity that it carries out. 

Initial training: They would take an average of five hours during a specific day to authorize them in the handling of the pertinent technological tools, such as the use of the electronic mail: (Since the creation until their manipulation), and the platform that would be managed for the development of the pedagogic activities, (their manipulation). They would have their tutor in a virtual way  by means of social nets for the resolution of questions, doubts and restlessness during their formation in the different inscribed courses.

As it would be made: Each tutor offered some or some courses, depending on his readiness of time, in the one which or in which the students will register and participated actively.

R 3 I have been educated with enough moral and religious values and I would not accept also because I do not consider myself an easily influenced person or selfish in any way. That is why I like to be informed so I get to think about the consequences of my actions.
R 4/ NO, it would be possible if we change all thee executive and legislative people on power of our country, and created a culture of learning from small. But we live in a country without memory that we are more likely to make mistakes and also be very ambitious.

INFORMALITY

The first thing that we can observe is that  informality in Colombia becomes more and more usual of what looks. Today the unemployment and the lack of resources make people to appeal  to these informal practices that go directly to the companies to request employment.What is the meanig of that. We must look  to related to  who are focused in this kind of practices by this times  more directly in Bogotá. We see that a great majority are young and this mean that they have a  bigger opportunity to find an employment that one that has an age outpost for the state and the consequent whitout matter they vitality is that the companies don't want them among their personnel. These Young people that didn't finish their studies in their great majority know that they have to respond for their children and their houses to which have to sustain. Others are for necessity of the case either that they don't have enough studies yo get the possition that they want  and therefore they are at home without make anything and they appeal to carry out sales goods while they get a work that they can do. 

The second that we see is that this formal business worry about these salespersons because  this people are paid  taxes and a place to sale godos. These salespersons  doesn't have to make many efforts to sell their products and when they are selling them the cost is bigger. But when the police wants to clear the public space they appeal to the forcé  as they  do  when a group of these  gets up not leaving the roads and the free trade. These confrontations finish leaving the place free for a while and in the following week everything returns to the normality and the street sales occupying again public places. 

The third conclusión is that in some cases this brings delinquency and insecurity in some sectors of the city. A clear example "Patio Bonito" in which criminals are join to salespersons of sweet in the streets. These salers alert them about cellphones and valuable things that belong to the passengers. Putting in risk the security and integrity of people. After the warning these robbers  ascend directly to the transports and go directly to the article and person to steal. 

We can deduce that this informality for some people is a last breath for other is a destiny because they didn't want to continue studying and they work in which they were forged in their lives to stay like they are and without a better future than they could reach. On the other hand   some salespersons do this activities in an orderly form. Other are joined  to delinquency and they are part of this business an easy life and full of insecurity for the citizens and people that traffic for Bogotá. 

Let us meditate abou that you think how a citizen. All that was mentioned before have a  base to taek future decisions. It is in your hands get the power to make something or this doesn't affect to you in nothing if exits a problema. I believe that also this should have a solution.
